Mission Statement

Alpenglow Hospice Foundation, Inc. (AHF) was created as a 501(c)(3) (not-for-profit) organization with the primary mission to provide hospice care services to indigent patients and their families who reside in our service area. The donations made to the Foundation are tax deductible and benefit a worthy cause that provides peace and dignity to those in their final days. Often the funds are used to benefit the families of those who are terminally ill and may include special gifts to the family in their time of need. An independent Board of Directors manages the funds and determines how best to service the community with the proceeds.



In Lieu of Flowers Memorial Program

At Alpenglow Hospice we are often asked by family members, how can we show our gratitude for the wonderful care provided by your hospice staff? One way is to encourage friends and family to make a memorial donation in Lieu of Flowers to the Alpenglow Hospice Foundation in the name of the patient. Our not-for-profit Foundation was created to raise awareness in our community about the many benefits of quality hospice care. The Foundation provides hospice services to those less fortunate patients and their families who may not be afforded Medicare or other insurance benefits for hospice.

All donations are tax deductable and our Foundation is registered as a not-for-profit 501 (C)(3) charity.
